Face of the Night

Hi Guys! It feels like forever since I have done a food post so I'm hoping these pictures will make your mouth water. Where i live there is a small restaurant that does a taster evening at the beginning of every month, I've missed the last couple due to holiday and birthdays so it was nice to go out this weekend with my friends and eat a lot. This time it was Indian. I love the fact they weren't serving the typical tikka masala, or korma that we are used to, Each dish was authentic and beautifully flavoured. I have to say my favourite dish would be the salmon, I love seafood anyway but it was so tasty with all the different spices. I'm not usually a fan of Indian desserts as I find that they can be quite sweet but this one was delicious, I can't actually remember what this was called but it was like carrot cake with a twist, warm pistachio nuts tasted amazing!

Next month we are going to a Portuguese night and I really don't know what to expect! What did you get up to this weekend?
